Cologne's Carnival attracts over one million revellers to the city annually. Carnival is officially opened on the Thursday before Lent, and it is held in the streets and public squares, in offices and at home and above all in pubs and clubs where people sing and dance till the early hours of the morning (and often longer)! The climax takes place on Rose Monday with the Rosenmontag Parade, an unbelievably colourful and joyous spectacle with thousands of people wearing the most amazing costumes. Our package also includes a lunch or dinner at a typical Cologne brewery where you can sample a Kölsch. The itinerary can be tailored to your group’s individual requirements and needs.
